        It’s the suggestiveness of it. Really all his/her videos are super wholesome.
        But like my other comment said, he/she apparently used to be a former nsfw artist. Which explains the thumbnails

        It’s Sum. Apparently he/she is a former nsfw artist which is why a lot of his/her thumbnails can be a bit suggestive
