No, the opening’s have slight alterations but it’s still considered the same part.
Part 1: Phantom Blood ( Opening: Sono Chi No Sadame )
Part 2: Battle Tendency ( Opening: Bloody Stream )
Part 3: Stardust Crusaders ( Openings: Stand Proud, Sono Chi No Kioku )
Part 4: Diamond is Unbreakable ( Openings: Crazy Noisy Bizarre Town, Chase, Great Days )
Part 5: Golden Wind ( Openings: Fighting Gold, Traitors Requiem )
In total there are 9 unique openings and with slight changes amongst the episodes, Traitors Requiem shows Diavolo after he’s been introduced in the final battle with King Crimson.
The actual Part amount is 8, beyond Part 5 we have, Stone Ocean, Steel Ball Run and Jojolion.
Part 6*
Part 7 is still in Manga form only and even then it’s unlikely David Productions would animate it.
