Rely less on tween, focus on the transition between movements
It seems like a bunch of pose-to-pose frames with tweening inbetween, coupled with a super drastic camera shake every couple seconds. Work on making it look like realistic movement by itself, then add tween as a helper. Pretty good choreography doe.
