it’s time for larry story time.

so today.

is the day i finally replaced my network adaptor.

the thing was bad, like real bad.
it would randomly cut connection.
sometimes i had to restart my computer so it would work again.

and today, today it bricked.

i got mad as you do and spent an HOUR trying to figure out why it failed now.
then i finally figured it was the adaptor itself.
so i spent about 10 minutes trying to pry open my computer cover like a starving chimp.

i eventually did it.

took out the old adaptor,
replaced it with one i salvaged from a broken computer of mine.
put the cover back on.

and voila! i did it!

sure, it was just a simple thing, but i felt like a fucking god in the seconds following.

and that’s my computer story.
