babes thats why you need to develop yourself a friend group that actually like fucking likes you and wants to hear about it
its not easy, in my experience it was but thats just because i knew a few people and they inrtoduced me to the people i know now respectively but like you just need a few friends you can talk to about this stuff or like uh
write it on paper and burn it, whatevers troubling you
i dont personally do that as i dont think i can burn stuff without my mom scolding me but also just wirting a document on your pc if you have one and sending it away in the trash could also help
