It took me about an hour just in loading time to get all the links and images and stuff ready and I was just finishing up the log then the site crashed

That’s what I do, it auto saves I think, but I just download a copy after every major addition.
This way you can just copy the link imbedded in the time indicator and post it into there, than do what you need to do.
