Take inspiration from something you like.
Okay, I’m gonna hazard a guess that you play Fortnite being as everyone does apparently.
Okay, let’s say you really like the Rust Lord skin. Well, try making a scrap themed fig. Due to his appearance, you could also consider a wasteland survivor. Take little bits of inspiration and pour in your own flavours to make it unique.
But NEVER steal!
I know not to steal and flare is a lab experiment made to sneak into places like military bases and other key places and destroy them from within, killing anyone or anything in his way to that goal. Well that would be his job if they had got around to brainwashing him as he and several other experiments escaped, killing most of the research staff in the process. So looking mostly normal would help with getting into city’s without rising suspicion, and well…. Once he would get near he wouldn’t be very easy to stop
Also to give repercussions to pyrokinesis, his body generates a large amount of heat that leaks out of his skin so to avoid overheating he wears his t-shirt and shorts

No matter how skimpy he’d be, he’d incinirate his clothes.
Instead, give him magma armour of flames that cloak his body as to avoid nudity
