Wide eyes with very small pupils, multiple rows of human teeth, eyes in places they shouldn’t be, mouths also in places the shouldn’t be, disformed limbs.
Basically, do what Ludwig the Accursed from Bloodborne did

Basically, think of the arms of once again, Ludwig or pretty much anything out of Dark Souls/Bloodborne
