try practicing 24fps, no tween and try not to use add tweened frsmes as much
it takes a lot more frames to do slow stuff but 24fps is the smoothest

not really but smoothness really shouldn’t be your goal
getting movements realistic or, in your own style, and getting the basic principles down of easing, momentum, anticipation, power, speed, etc
using things like smears or skipping frames or double-framing (depending on your style)
