I didn’t want to give this information, but one of the rules for appearing on the home screen is that the character could not have copyrights, it would have to be your own creation.. Spider-Man is from Marvel. Ralph specified that characters from series or movies cannot be placed due to copyright.

It’s based off Spider-Man that’s legal, it’ll only be a problem if it’s exactly spiderman
Ye and btw this spidey is in an “AU” (alternate universe)
So that means maybe his origin is a bit different or
He has a more advanced classic suit like the MCU spider-man

I’m not sure what the copyright ramifications would look like for multiverse iterations of popular characters but still, might be worth a shot.
