Man… I lose Everything on my data after I reinstall the Sticknodes app.. It happened when try to open the App and It stick to the Black screen.. and It Won’t show up even I keep waiting.. now Much more worsened that it has no permission to have Access to the storage. Man… I lost everything and I don’t know what to do…. I need recover my data and Please give me help with it
It keeps saying: “Sticknodes isn’t Responding”
Is it Just me or it affects for you guys

uninstalling an app on android takes the data with it (stupidly) unless it prompts you to preserve data
as for the app not responding, im not sure, i don’t have reports of it being a mass event
what device do you have?
what android version?
and when did it start?
Probably it’s just a rare Cases to happen with it but here’s my phone

It started when I updated to 4.0.0 probably 1 or 2 days after the release of that update
After I updated it the Memory limit change. It’s Changed onto 550MB to 256. When I make a longer animation it crashes. Event opening the Animation it crashes when I open it
Sooo during that app hang
It happens at the night of November 21st about 6pm in my time UTC+8 Philippines. I accidentally open the Stk App and I had to close it but when I open back. That where it happens it just stay at the black screen.
Here some good things about before it delete
I have saved download stk packs and Movies clips
But the bad thing is some of my animation that are still in progress and my models that are exclusive to me was deleted

first off, im sorry about the deleted files – this is because of the uninstalling
im sorry but that’s an Android (and IOS thing) if you uninstall an app, it deletes it’s data
tbh you should not have done that, or at least backed up your files beforehand
im afraid they are likely deleted forever, you may be able to download and use a “file recovery” app to get them back
as for the bug/issue, this MAY have been fixed with 4.1.3, there was an issue regarding font-loading for some devices, i don’t know if this was your problem, but hopefully it helps, let me know

I guess this is just a very strange bug that happens on Sticknodes when you try opening and it hangs just stick in the blank black screen

The data is likely gone, unless you made manual backups with file managers. Doubting it’s the case though.
But we would really appreciate information about your device, as its really strange for app to hang like that.
Pretty much weird… Also it my Sticknodes used to have 550+ MB Memory Limit. before the 4.0.0 Update. After I updated to 4.0.0 it decreases to 256MB. When I make much more longer animation it would crash and Even trying to open the older animation that has Longer frames. It crashes when I open it. Its pretty much sucks and I tries to making it back to high but nothing works
