The thing with the weapon is that when you turn it on the effects are randomized, or it just won’t turn on at all.
why did he program it to have more than one effect
Hard to explain the lore but he didn’t program it, he just made it out of a substance with multiple properties, hence the effects, which mess with the power circuits of the blade, hence the fact that it never works when it needs to.
