Octa
Octa is a war ridden wasteland. Since the sixteenth century Octa was a highly debated territory. But the indigenous people had no consent as to who got it. Over the years Octa was ruled by many powers until the Octians got it back – and it was finally led by it’s own people. Until the twenty-first century.
The Avalonian Powers began to overrun the place – killing, raiding, burning nonstop for what felt like decades – and eventually became decades.
Through the years of 1961 to 1987 Octa was ravaged by soldiers – and death was around every corner. There was no escape to the madness, the world of Octa burned into black sand. It felt the end of the world was over for the Octians when the dust settled on a new day in the real apocalypse. The Avalonians had stopped attacking. They were killed, eaten by themselves.
They were dead. They had to be – right? There were so many corpses.
But they were still there – alive, still in numbers. Adapted to the contagions, adapted to the infection. While the rest of the world died out – the Avalonians that were abandoned in Octa evolved. They gathered their resources and built a colony – safe from the rest of the world. The Octians had it worse then everyone. Even if man-eating monsters roamed the rest of the world, it was not worse then being in a city with the laws and sadistic ways of the monster that is man. They were safe from the evil on the outside – but trapped in with something much worse.
