The Dragon’s Pledge, a former United States Marine Corps battalion, is the number 2 largest faction with over 200,000 units. The faction is sort of like Combine Overwatch, but bases on communist belief and gets their technology from old dealers.
Their technology comprises of Gunships looking the same like the Combine’s, APCs, etc. They also have the same mission as Argon Corps.
