It’s a bit hard since my base is unwieldy for any kind of torso designs. For some reason I decided that the neck should move a portion of the torso which fucks shit up.

Shading the torso like the original is like pulling teeth. Nothing I do works really due to the stick figures design. I’ll have to re shape it a bit for more complex shapes… fuuuckkkk

Alright, I’m shying away from using Explosive Bullets thaltop bot as a base for my robotic characters in this series. I’ll be using my own base.
I think I’ve gotten skillful enough to remake Jolstus and Tempus. So, here is the beta design of Jolstus, don’t mind the purple shirt thing, I haven’t gotten a chance to make anything but the helmet.

normally i’d say it’s a good idea, and it is, if your talking about some main (or main-ish) characters
for like, cannon fodder characters, i think you could get away with just editing EB’s base

A mighty Essence weapon… for a mighty king.
Null’s Essence weapon is fucking steroids. It’s practically a death sentence to even be grazed by it without having not only a masters skill with Essence, but having either a portion of your Essence white, or the entirety of it white.
Jeesh… talk about an over powered character.

Has it really been 4 or so years since I joined already? I mean, of course it has, but it feels like I’ve been here for only a short bit. 4 years is nothing really, don’t get me wrong, but I never expected it to feel like it went by this fast.

I know I use my figs a lot for examples
But like Alisdair , using 5 big round nodes to use as a basis for his torso , then edgying it out with sharper segments and such helps
