and how has he served that many terms
can’t you only serve like 2 or smth
The people just love him that much
He lives in a world made of paper so people don’t really age like humans. And also yes, his city officially has a law where you can only serve 2 terms, but everyone just kept voting for him because he was a very effective mayor. He even tried to take himself to trial citing that law so he could be removed from office, but he lost.
So begrudgingly he just keeps doing his job even though he wanted to be done after 8 years lol

Tree’s in this world are made of cardboard and paper which are used for writing, so there’s a distinction, but not by much considering people are also made out of similar things. Horrific idea.
