The girls at my school need grow the fuck up

There is this old man at our school who is a substitute teacher. He’s a pretty good guy/teacher. Well today he came in for a ww2 presentation as he knew a lot about the topic and had a lot of items from the time period (helmets, wood from the USS Arizona, bayonets, that kind of stuff). Well he asked questions and would sometimes give someone a pat on the shoulder if they got an answer correct for a question he asked, or he would high five us. That kinda stuff (Regardless of the gender, but it was just many if the girls who were complaining)

Yet at lunch, all the girls were saying how much of a pedophile and creep he was for daring to high five or give a pat on the back to a female student, stating that since he was old that it wasn’t acceptable and it meant he was a creepy pedophile.

How sensitive and coddled could you possibly believe that minimal amounts of human contact = pedophilia?
