i think you’re getting some things confused, you can read stuff here: http://sticknodes.com/roles-and-badges/
Featured depends on the likes and download your stick gets
You get levels from commenting on stickfigures, faq page, etc. Tho don’t spam
You can also level up your featured badge by earning features. Like how Epitaph has maxed out featured badge.
