Ok, I’m in constant pain I dont know what’s wrong with me, the pain is mostly coming from my stomach, I’ve been eating and drinking at a good amount so I’m not starving or whatever, if I just stop makeing posts then I’m probably dead, I just hope the pain ends, I just wanna die already.

Like the pain kicks in at random, it fells like someone has punched me in the gut, even after I eat the pain dosent stop (I just hope it ends soon)

sometimes when I have a stomach bug randomly, it’s usually my body telling me to go shit
