From what i noted, the enderman is a fallen human trying to collect eyes of ender to bring the ender dragon to the overworld of minecraft to enslave others. The endermwn are not comepletely mind controlled,as for they say “look for the eye”
And”THE EYE” as a scream. They also greet randomly, which is kind of weird. Endermen also say “uh oh” maybe thinking that they are friendly mobs, but then something takes them over, controlling them when they get looked at? I cant find this out, maybe 7 thousand people can.-
