I think the update is actually pretty good. Besides memory stuff, curved poly fills adds a level of convenience especially in coloring in stickfigures and nodes seen before.
For example, whenever I made madness sticks that utilized poly fills, using invisible extra nodes to fit anchor polyfills along curved outlines costed me dozens of nodes. Now curved polyfills remedy this.
I think curved polyfills will save a ton of people those extra few nodes and make stickfigure making and using polyfills 10x more convenient.Besides that, sideways gradients and hollow circles are nice little additions as well, and arrows nudging less than a pixel helps with situations where surgical precision is needed (Ex: rim lighting)
