Yes you can eat the pods inside but good god is it bitter, would definitely dry it out in the sun, pick the nasty parts out once it’s dried, grind it, mix it with milk, an ungodly amount of sugar and some mysterious chemicals with questionnable origins, then crystallize it, freeze it and eat it that way
