Whole ass animated backgrounds where you can do complex layering and movement? That aren’t limited to the sticknodes style?
So much freedom is in my grasp I have only just begun to scratch the surface

I think it’s great that it inspires people to innovate. I have so many new ideas for backgrounds and stuff it’s gonna be great. If it forces people to learn more about art and animation I’m all for it.
Doesn’t even stop people from doing it the older way, it just gives people a reason to work a bit harder. -
@ralph u literally just made muzzle flash sticks worthless how could you?
-
a lot of things are more easily accessible/don’t need to be made in Sticknodes anymore, like MC sticks, madness combat sticks, blood, explosions, etc. etc.
It revolutionizes the opportunities in Sticknodes as a whole, but like you said it also forces people who made these type of stickfigures before to find something new or innovate in how they create their stickfigures into something more stylized/distinct or express originality in design.

whats so power full

i remember doing that with camera paralax and screen shake. and i haven’t even updated to sprite update
not complex
simple sticknodes
Yeah but now I can draw my shit
Now my bgs aren’t limited to 350 odd nodes
Now I can really be in my element.
yes i will draw my SHIT too now my SHITS aren’t limited to 15 minutes on the toilet
Bitch u are not good enough to be talking down to me
BOY sit yo ass down
i will still draw them
I havnt used sn in awhile, what’s this about the parallax and background stuff? If you know could you explain?
do you find this image from wikipedia to be helpful

Okay but what about in sn
uhhhhhhhh
parallax makes figures that are joined to the camera move with the camera (i think?)
you can control how fast or slow a figure moves with the camera (you can also have the figure move in the opposite direction)
its useful for things , i think?
i dont fucking know
i havent touched parallax a single time in my life
I see, I must’ve forgot kek
I’ll have to play around with it now , plus drawing background should be fun
the background should barely move/almost still
the middle ground is middle
the foreground is moving the fastest
parallax for background stuff
and eueueu
That’s my main thing, playing around with drawing backgrounds will be super fun.
It’s a mixture of the fact that I have both the power of parallax scrolling and complex backgrounds completely untethered to the sticknodes limit. Imma make some more complex tests soon
