Outside of island of Louviresse, the main industrial towns of Menlo turned into a fortress. The MGF (Menlo Ground Forces) set up a base in there to help in future missions. Also the RSU created a laboratory near the town and another quarantine camp but this time, learning the mistakes from the previous ones.

1- All bodys should be burned, no matter.
2- Heavy inspection of the civilians.
3-Control the panic.
4- injured people should be on watched.
5- if a person fells anything, he(she) will be put on quarantine.

The NDU sended units to help control the panic and help with the evacuation. MNPA also applied new restrictions too.

1- Civilians will not have the permission to carry any gun.
2- Officers are forced to use mask if near The White.
3- if a riot happens, officers and riot units should be deploy Immediately.
4- if the a town reaches 45% infection rate, police will be alloweed to use heavy firearms.
The SWAT will also be deploy too.

The Evacuation was sucess.

●More than 350.000 civilians were evacuated.
●450.000 combatives personal were presented.
●15% progress to find a cure.
●Low panic.
●No outbreaks happended.
●Stabilized economy
●Heavy Fortifications were established in the town.
