A guy who has wind and lightning powers, and a very fast and powerful force to reckon.
With the power of wind and lightning, he can reach a speed of 5000 miles an hour (avg 83.3333333333 miles per minute, avg 1.38888888889 miles per sec), make a very powerful storm, and have three more forms: 1. Pure Lightning mode (100% lightning power, new appearance and powers, much faster. (X20 speed) lasts for 1 hour or less. Downside: he can’t use wind powers, so he’s a lil’ bit weaker), Gale Wind mode (100% wind power, wind can cut anything, new appearance and powers, lil’ bit faster than usual (x1.5 speed), lasts for 1 hour or less. Downside: He can’t use lightning, so he’s slower and weaker than usual)
Galestorm Mode: (50% Lightning, 50% wind, 100% Galestorm. Very extravagant and flamboyant appearance, very powerful, lasts for 30 minutes to 1 hour, much faster (X50 usual speed), can teleport, newfound power. Downside: He gets exhausted easily after using this)
