I would actually arrive a century before those spaniards arrived, having myself some time to warn everyone in my country.
And more time to build ships with cannons, defences, and teach the ancient Filipinos what I know about cooking, math, science, medicine, and history so they can innovate so when I go back to the future (reference intended) I can finally see a world of hovercraft and holographic calls decades earlier then they should be -
I regret choosing the future
I wanna go back 500 years back so i can teach those spanish bastards a lesson -

I don’t think you are capacitated to teach any of those things. And it would be a hell to teach a whole country by yourself, not mentioning that you probably don’t know anything about medicine.
I don’t think you realise whatever happened back than to your country probably could have held some importance for shaping it into what it is now. You could even have potentially not existed because of it, I would go to the future to check in with humanity.
