Like I’ll try to draw it later but,
So basically the water goes down this hole the middle of the funnel(not very deep) and when it has enough water stored and or consumed the little hole closes up.
So does it fill up, no as in not when they need water and are getting the rain water, yes as in if the hole is closed it will fill up.
Sorry for like not explaing good
