Okay.
Firstly the horns should probably be thicker at it’s base and only gradiented at the tip.
The trousers would looks good with some tears or dirt.
Maybe put the hand spikes on the forearm and make them bigger, so kind of like a Katar.-

Lookin’ good,maybe add a pattern or symbol to the scarf/cape. Also, thos hand claw things need to either be redesigned or removed completely. Though if you made them bigger, you could turn them into some Energy Sword looking weapons
