I beg to differ, i even intend on Harvey being the 1st character to join Jake’s posse (the characters slowly build up till they’re a nicely sized party, around 5 or 6). However Seth comes with Jake from the start.
I want Harvey to be the cleric, the healer of the team, casting spells to shield them from mass damage and to heal their wounds during combat. This is since he has a weak frame and would not fare well in full on combat, however he does weild a Rapier just in case things go haywire real f**kin’ quick.
Dude, out of all of them Harvey stands out the most, he’s way too shy, you even said yourself that he would run away from danger, and to me he just doesn’t fit in

Just cause he isn’t a combatant, doesn’t mean he can’t be a hero. Frodo Baggins can’t fight hoards of Uruks for s**t but he was still entrusted with taking the Ring to Mordor.
Harvey is similar in the way that he can’t fight but he’s helpful in other ways, whether it’s through providing cultural information, translating, sneaking, cooking, etc…

I think he fits fine. I want the group to be as diverse and unique as possible, not cause of any annoying SJW messages but instead because i know their separate cultures and personalities can be the fuel to either a hilarious joke, a gripping side-quest or a thing to chat about while on the road

Conversations between the characters will help to shape them and the world around them, lore and carefully crafted exposition is key but pouring that s**t down people’s throats constantly is a mistake only hollywood could make

I just meant cleric as in healer, so more of a Vitalitymancer (mage of health)

That’s a blatant lie. cause if you had read Harvey’s description you would have seen male pronouns, therefor you would know that Harvey is male
