8bit covers and some game osts cannot be detected by the copyright bot last time i heard, i think you might be safe as long as the people who have copyright on the music actually go out of their way to find the video, and that kinda just happens to people who are actually big on yt.
if the music does get copyrighted on your video you dont got nothing to worry about if you dont have monetization. when the copyright bot detects copyrighted audio, it doesnt take down the video entirely most of the time, it removes monetization from the video and reroutes it to the music company instead -
