If you’re referring to what email is assigned to your current sn account then that would’ve been set when you made this account.

If you’re talking about maybe a submission that’s linked to an old account that’s likely because the submission was sent to the site using your old account’s email, just change that when submitting and it should assign to the current account you’re using, just make sure the emails are the same.
