Hey AWD is pretty common
Volvo sedans have it, honda suvs have it, all jeeps have it, and not to mention every truck to ever have a 4×4 package

If it’s 4WD and the tires can grip it enough, yea
Btw, RWD or FWD I don’t think would go over meat very well, but 4WD or AWD I believe could go over it fairly well, you probably would have to have somewhat offroad capable tires, probably a tire compound you’d have on a rally car or a farm truck.
Now the meat itself could effect the car also, if it’s soft, tender, mushy meat, then yea you’d probably need a hardcore rock crawler built jeep or toyota or bronco or whatevs, but if it’s fatty, hard, tough meat then you might be able to get away with FWD, and AWD, but yea I’d stay with 4WD
