Bro have you seen the prices of any JDM car? You’d be better off with an 09 impala. Hell the maintenance would be lower too because if something blows out on the trueno, you need to search up and down and all around on the internet, but if something blows out on an 09 impala, just roll on down to the mechanic. And he’ll have the part.
Plus not to mention the trueno would be less efficient, it’s a RWD car from the 80s, with outdated tech and parts that are hard to come by. When a 2009 impala is FWD, more modern so more efficient, and when it inevitably brakes down, because it will, the parts are cheap because it’s a Hella common car.
Look I’m not dissin the trueno, I like truenos, but for a first car? Your gonna be hitting curbs, and since it’s a manual, your gonna be running into things and stalling it a lot. Maybe it’s a good project car or a second car. Especially with the price tag on that and basically every other popular JDM car
I can give you recommendations on jdm cars that aren’t inflated to high heaven if you want
