Don’t know if you know this but people don’t put ads there for the good of their’s or anyone else’s health, it’s literally just to showcase a product or piece of media and incentives people to check it out.
Better off to ignore it if it bothers you that much or sort out your settings so you don’t get personalised ads.

Should hold fine then, maybe it’s a software issue, a virus or some kind of bug. Just run whatever checks you can, see what comes up and if anything get it checked up by someone who can.
