So I am at my grandparents house and my great grandfather on my mom’s side was coming up the steps (he’s 90) and tripped and got the sides of his hands battered up pretty good, there literally bone sticking out of his right hand. He’s fine now. He just vibin like every other day. He gets a fair amount of outside activity and sun so he’s in very good shape for his age.
