Ok so a long while back I made a character I named Jester who was essentially a cartoon character with the power of convenient jokes. Within the past few days I’ve decided to revamp him and give him the new ability of Art rockets which can either: be fast(yellow), be powerful(red), and target someone(blue). He can combine the colors using color theory to create double abilities on the rockets. He can also control the size of the rockets, the bigger the more powerful the ability is. Finally he’s still very cartoonish. He’s a coward who tends to run away and set up looney tunes like traps for opponents. At some point I’ll come up with a proper backstory for him.
