Also, he’ll probably die of lung cancer before he gets a hit in. That or he tries to do a dramatic speech then hacks on all the tar in his lungs.
Also, nicotine isn’t flammable, it’s the dried plant matter that burns. However, what you could do is you could say it’s a custom make by himself and has something like Acetone, the stuff that makes hair spray full on explosive. I mean it wouldn’t be nice to smoke but you need to consider that smoking is disgusting anyway, I don’t get the appeal.
