This is yet another main character Tommy “Yeehaw” Boe. He’s a bruiser/ big man( they’re really strong and usually strike and throw their opponents). He’s from the state of Texas and has the ability of statue, which makes him immovable for a few seconds. His finisher is called HighNoon which is a running big boot.
