If you ask what is touhou lemme explain. It’s a bullet hell series not a damn anime where girls instead of spaceships shoot each other with dozens of bullets. The girls’ abilities are totally broken, one can throw suns at people, one can control boundaries of anything (life and death for example), one can float above reality, one can shoot an oversized love colored lazer, one can drive someone to death, one can literally destroy everything, ok that’s enough, the series’ setting is in Gensokyo (A sealed off land invisible in the outside world) those abilities I mentioned before are broken so there’s a rule called Spellcard Rules that exists so curbstomping is uncommon as the youkais are just stronger in every aspect without the rules and that’s how their bullet hell works
