when it comes to things like water, i find myself sometimes really focusing on things like that in regular shows/anime and it is always surprising to me how they’re animated
like its the type of thing if you hyper focus on it, you’d think it looks bad but since it’s just meant to be a background thing and its not the main focus of the scene, it looks perfectly fine
anyway what am i talking about, go study water in anime and other animated shows, its usually just a very subtle, choppy-even, motion where less is more
