rating numbers don’t really say much so i’ll just give some criticism

this is not bad, above beginner, its got decent timing, good use of smears to show speed, and effects give a good sense of weight/power (little cam shake would help)

foot placement is the biggest thing to improve here, where you see even a slight amount of sliding-jittery type of feet, the character doesn’t look grounded and real and the movement loses something

so focus on improving that and it’ll come together even moreso

pov your phone explodes mid-call
