– Use smart-stretch for seemingly 3D angles
– Start the movement from the stance, to the back leg moving forward, use 3D angling as it passes the front leg and lean the torso back slightly, the head forward, the arms in a twisting movement and the leg eventually at the opponents leg.The lower kick relies on horizontal momentum to carry it with power and speed therefore twisting the torso and arms slightly would be necessary for maximum power and speed.
