You need more focus on the everything, not saying its bad, its just her body is choppy, but her hair goes nice and smooth, whatever you did with the hair do that with her body too I guess,

How does it look now?-
It definitely looks better. Try applying some overshoot when she raises up hands and then ease out when she lowers. I’m guessing you don’t know the terms so here (at 2:45). Easing is the thing that makes the moment slow down at start or the end of the motion
