easiest way is to connect to a computer and save all the files to your desktop / folder
install SN on new phone (run it at least once) then connect to the computer and drag those files to the proper SN folder

alternatively, you can ZIP the whole /Stick Nodes/ folder (FX File Explorer can do this) and email it to yourself
then download it on your new phone and unzip it in the correct location
