try making an idle while animating. when they\’re talking while not moving it looks odd. also try doing physics tests and such because my animations looked like this once but practice makes perfect i mean, ya gotta see my baby sea turtle anim and that was a physics test itself and mess around with the settings. you could learn a thing or two

when walking, make the foot on the ground stay in the same place while making the rest of the body forward. then repeat. the walking you have makes it look slippery. make it firm
