Just print out that image or use a software that allows you to sketch over it, create circular pivot points for the body and then create that in stickfigure form.
Or you could create a long line where the body might move and then fill in the rest of the sharks shape although I you probably stick with the first suggestion.
I’ll try that as last resort I just gotta have a tutorial to follow, nothing works correctly
