The Father of the Atomic Bomb quoted this after the nukes were dropped on Japan. He misspelled it for a dramatic effect, nobody would have quoted it otherwise. Fallout 76 decided to quote this for the name of the quest where you launch your first nuke for The Enclave. This has been “History With Heavenly”!
