Not really
There is no real way to animate, as long as you get your end product then that should be enough.

That just means your probably making a slow animation, IK how you feel.
Yesterday I was working on my That Guy Series, and since it’s plot based there’s a ton of subtle movements, which need to be slow. I, however, am used to making fight animations, which are fast paced.
TLDR; You all good my bruh, make use of the tools available.
