It’s not a normal user if you check the profile the date of registration is 1970 and the description box is with all jumbled words that don’t actually mean anything, or at least nothing I know of.
It’s probably a bot that ralph uses to keep records on certain stickfigures and notify the stickfigure creators with updates about there stickfigure.
