I really do need to announce that thing I was going to announce.

It was essentially about how if you are within a ‘government’ or facility or basically any area of land claimed by a group of individuals and you are either with or not with them rules on killing, trades etc are generally okayed as it is between two parties and not the general public such as myself and maybe some others.

I’ll go into it in more detail soon so for now everyone still keep it generally tame.
